Does Lookrank follow a political agenda?
No. Lookrank is built to estimate visual patterns in submitted photos. Like any trained model, it can still reflect limitations in its data and calibration.
What's the difference between the AI and Human analysis?
Our custom AI provides a fast, repeatable baseline for a submitted photo. The optional Human Review adds nuanced feedback on style, presentation, and other factors that an automated score can miss.
So, is Lookrank perfect?
No. We estimate a typical error range of about ±0.5 on the 1-10 scale. The result is a photo-based estimate affected by model limits and image conditions, not a universal judgment.
What are the known issues?
As an independent research and development team, we continuously recalibrate our computer vision models based on empirical user data and statistical validation rather than hype. While secondary features and tools are actively evolving, our core rating model and privacy architecture are rock-solid.

Age Policy: Lookrank is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Appearance self-assessment requires mature emotional context.
Appearance is not self-worth: An automated rating measures two-dimensional visual patterns—lighting, angle, contrast, grooming, and facial proportions. It does not measure intelligence, personality, dignity, or human value.
