How do I delete my LookRank account?

In the LookRank app, go to Settings and tap Delete account, then confirm. On the web, sign in at lookrank.com/settings and use the same Delete account option. Deletion is permanent.

What data is deleted when I delete my LookRank account?

We remove your profile, photos, votes given and received, analysis and submission history, split tests, course progress, daily goals, Pro subscription (cancelled in Stripe), and your login account.

How do I delete my account if I cannot access the app?

Email support@lookrank.com from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

You can permanently delete your LookRank account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

Open LookRank
Go to Settings
Tap Delete account
Confirm when prompted

Deletion is permanent. You will be signed out and your profile, photos, votes, and analysis history will be removed from our systems.

Delete on the web

The same option is available when signed in on the website:

We will verify that you own the account and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile (display name, gender, privacy settings)
Profile photos and avatars
Votes you gave and votes received about you
Analysis and submission history linked to your account
Split tests and related data
Course progress and daily goals
Pro features and subscriptions (active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled first)
Your login account (email sign-in credentials)

What may be retained briefly

Some technical logs used for security and abuse prevention (for example IP addresses or rate-limit records) may be kept for a limited period, typically up to 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain your profile or photos after account deletion is complete.

Note: If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account cancels it. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund; see our Terms of Service for refund policy details.
